How long is your shipping?

Our shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days. For custom orders, it may take up to 14 business days to arrive.

Who do you ship through?

We tend to ship through USPS as it gives both us and you the best and most affordable shipping experience.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase as long as the candle has not been used. We have no restocking fees.

We do not accept returns on custom-made products so please double-check before you order.

How can I change my order?

Reach out to us within 24 hours to notify us of any changes to your order. If any additional charges are needed we will notify you and change the order amount accordingly.
